A company director is an important role to have. Your duties and obligations are to the Company and to the shareholders. You, as the director, will be responsible for the day to day running of the business and you should have a clear plan and set goals that you want to achieve. You can appoint others to help you run the business but you should know your rights and the implications of allowing others into your business. We trust that you’ll find our guide very useful in answering most of your general questions. We’re here to help if you may need assistance with drafting of a shareholders agreement; advice on restructuring the company or on how to deal with disputes with fellow directors. Whatever the question, we’ll help you find the solution.
