Employment disputes

I qualified as a solicitor in 2001, and I specialise in all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation. My experience includes dealing with a wide variety of potential claims, from unfair dismissal to discrimination, but also complex TUPE disputes, whistleblowing claims and everything in between; I regularly conduct my own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. I am also a founder member of Markel Law's employment consultancy team, and am well versed in the negotiation of high value settlement agreements. I also act as an independent chairperson in complex internal disciplinary and grievance procedures on behalf of clients facing media scrutiy and attention.
