I qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Markel Law in 2013. I specialise in advising small and medium size businesses working with HR, senior managers and executives on a variety of matters including dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, restrictive covenants, absence, performance/capability, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance procedures. I use my skills and knowledge to find solutions to problems that is in the best interest of my clients to enable them to continue to manage their business successfully.
