Guidance on how to prepare for Brexit if there’s no deal

Brexit is obviously on the minds of the SME community. At this stage it’s near impossible to predict or comment on the implications, as we just don’t know what will happen.

However, the government has published guidance on how to prepare for Brexit is there’s no deal. The guidance can be found here.

The guidance provides an overview on the government’s preparations for a no deal scenario and offers useful information on a range of topics that may affect your small business.

The FSB Policy Team has been actively involved in fighting the cause for small businesses in Brexit.

In addition, the FSB recently surveyed 1,234 small businesses to check their level of preparation for Brexit and found that only one in seven have started planning for a no-deal Brexit.

On the FSB website, you’ll find a hub of guidance for small businesses that want to prepare for the different end-state Brexit scenarios likely to be agreed in the current negotiations.

Here’s the link to the guidance.
